The Eagles might not catch the Dolphins today in terms of dollars spent, but they are signing in bulk.

The team announced the signing of former Patriots safety Patrick Chung, reuniting him with his college coach from Oregon, new Eagles boss Chip Kelly.

They also added Jason Phillips, according to agent Jordan Woy. Phillips played for the Panthers last year, and gives them another player with experience in a 3-4.
