Getty ImagesTexans fullback / tight end James Casey is taking a free-agent visit to Philadelphia, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reported Tuesday.
According to McClain, 15 teams have inquired on Casey, including Houston.
Casey, 28, caught a career-best 34 passes for 330 yards and three TDs last season. A former Chicago White Sox prospect, Casey caught 111 passes in his final season at Rice in 2008.

This guy has talent and was under utilized in Houston, like Jacoby Jones. Could be a solid option for whoever plays QB. Chip Kelly knows how to use smaller TE H-back types

I really liked this guy as a prospect coming out of Rice. Wish we would have drafted him. Solid building block.
