When WR corps was good the defense was bad under def. quality control coach turned DC (a promotion one step above Juan Castillo to DC), but when the D was good the WR Corps (except Andre Johnson) was bad!!!

Hate on Walter all you want. He did exactly what Kubiak and Smith wanted out of him. He was a WR they used extensively in the running game. he was very effective at what they asked him to do but in a year where the Texans are in Cap Hell, he is unfortunately a luxury we can’t afford anymore.

Glover Quin is more a necessity than KDub.
