APWhile Jonathan Casillas might not have been a good fit for the Saints, the Buccaneers have some use for him.
The linebacker has agreed to a one-year deal with the Bucs worth a maximum of $3 million, according to Larry Holder of the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
Casillas was viewed as an odd fit for the Saints as they transition from a 4-3 to a 3-4, but will be more at home with the Bucs.

He’ll be on injured reserve by game 2.
One year? Yeah did they make sure they got his play book?

Some Saints fans just haters!!!
Are you sure that you are speaking correctly?lol
Welcome Jonathan, 1 year is all u need to win a championship!
Congrats. You got a garbage lb from a garbage defense
3 million for an injury-prone special-teamer? Hell, sign me up, I can run in a straight line and pull my groin muscle just like Casillas and I’ll do it for the minimum salary.
Settle down Saints fans, Bucs are thin at LB, he’ll be a backup or maybe training camp casualty if they dont get better help through the draft or free agency.
Damn, if our D is so sorry, then why couldnt the bucs get at least 1 point on us? Seems to me dat yalls sorry ass team is working on the wrong side of the ball!
Did Casillas play for the Saints last year? I thought he was suspended with Coach Payton. Sure don’t remember hearing his name called for many tackles….
