APFree-agent tackle Bryant McKinnie created a stir on Wednesday by tweeting that he is heading to Miami. Many interpreted that to mean he’s visiting the Dolphins.
He’s not.
Mike Garafolo of USA Today reported earlier today that McKinnie is merely going home.
And so he continues to look for his next job. Along with plenty of other free agents.
McKinnie has said he won’t give the Ravens, or anyone, a discount. Ultimately, he needs to at least get an offer.

“her” ?
LOL when will it ever End!!?
When keeping the tweets real, goes wrong
Make it rain!
Would be a good addition to the Dolphins. Nah, never mind.
Someone should sign McKinnie, but have clauses that pertain to his weight or past behavior that would affect his salary!!!!!
He’s a starter or at least a 6th O-Lineman to replace the blocking tight end!!!
He’s not the problem that he once was in Minnesota!!!

He’s going to Ultra Music Fest to find molly.
I’m sure the Ravens would like to have him back at the right price.
Unless he signs elsewhere, then Raven fans will quickly point out that he, like Ellerbe, Kruger, Pollard and Boldin, are easily replaced.
Hopefully they’re only serving peanuts on the flight out he may come into training camp 40lbs overweight
Bryant won’t give teams a discount, but the teams are more than willing to give Bryant one.
Seems like no one wants to come play for Baltimore.
How is this relevant?
Bad things happen when Mckinnie is in miami, look out south beach, call up horatio mount mckinnie is loose
Another athlete who could have been legendary, but chose to ware his talents by not giving a shht.
He’s gonna take out a loan and tear up South Beach!
Passed out on a Yacht somewhere……
Geez I’d hate to be his pizza delivery guy
He may not offer to take less but I am sure whatever team he signs with will help him take a discount.
What a shame. This man could be sitting on a mountain of money as a quality left tackle in the NFL. Instead he is just a mountain.
Hey grs27? I think you got it all wrong. It seems like everyone wants to take what the Ravens have. The Ravens can’t afford to keep everyone and if you think for one second that Kruger is worth the monety he is getting in Cleveland, you are mistaken. And that goes for most of the free agents leaving Baltimore, including Ellerbe. Our defense was horrible last year yet several of the players are getting courted like they played for the 2000 Ravens. Let them take the money. They know they aren’t worth it. The Ravens will restock the team and will be competitive again, if not this year, next.
Still not humbled, amazing.
