How is it that payoff teams and teams like the Chiefs with six Pro Bowlers still have enough cap room to sign free agents and the Raiders that have a roster devoid of any real talent suddenly have such serious cap problems. Al Davis made stupid moves in free agency for at least the last 10 years and always managed to find cap room to sign more bad players. Is Reggie McKenzie just focusing too much attention on the cap? I don’t know. I’m just frustrated. Looks like another down year.
