Belichick shipped Bledsoe to a division rival. He traded Seymour. He cut Milloy. He let Samuel walk to the Eagles. He traded Vrabel.
Belichick placed more value in getting Amandola for 5 years with only $10MM guaranteed than he did Welker for two years guaranteed.
Did he make a mistake with Welker? Maybe, maybe not but he has an excellent record when he moves on from a player.
