The only reason Amendola got injured so much was because Bradford always hung him out to dry with his inaccurate passes down the middle. Anyone playing with Bradford will need extra protection.

I can’t believe that Welker only got $6mil per season. He has had 110+ catches almost every season and there are team’s that are $40 under the cap. He must have given a good team discount.

Isn’t this exactly the type of player that Phil Emery needs for the Bears? I mean, he does not have the vertical speed that Welker has, but he is money on the inside seam routes. Not to mention he is quick enough to draw doubleteams off of Marshall and Bennett. The big knock on Amendola is that he just can’t stay healthy. If I were Emery and you can get him at the right price I’d give him a flyer on a 1 year deal.
