APThe Titans have agreed with Colts free agent linebacker Moise Fokou on a two-year contract, Jim Wyatt of the Nashville Tennessean reported on Wednesday.
The 27-year-old Fokou played 390 snaps for Indianapolis in 2012, per Pro Football Focus. Fokou recorded 43 tackles in 16 games (one start). Fokou played the previous three seasons for Philadelphia.
Wyatt indicated Fokou could step in for veteran linebacker Will Witherspoon, who is an unrestricted free agent.

He was part of the Eagles trio of cornerback sized linebackers. If he is there to start this is a bad signing.
man you said (Fokou) like 7 or 8 times just to say it!!!
He’s average.
I know i will get bombarded for this comment but here it is anyway.
Titans win the AFC South and make a playoff run.
Titans have always loved them some Colts castoffs. Fokou isn’t flashy, but he’s a decent utility guy.
Backup guy, nothing to see here. LB is actually considered a position of strength for the Titans.
titans love our sloppy 2nds, dude is a decent backup, special teams player, but hes on the small side
Dude, y’all’s colts signed Kerry Collins.. Enough said..
He’ll be gone next year just like most colts ex-players.
Unless McCarthy, Ayers, or Brown are injured he’s at best being signed as a backup/sub package/special teams guy.
But like a lot of their signings, it saves them from being too needy and feeling pressured to take a certain position in the draft, including in the middle rounds.
Although, they could still really use a boost at DE if the right guy is there in the 1st.
Good signing for depth. Witherspoon has withered (see what I did there?). He won’t start.. Ayers, McCarthy, and Brown. Very good young LB corps.
