The Eagles must scout the University of Cincinnati quite a bit! Kelce at Center, Celek at TE, Cole at LB, Gilyard at WR (think he finally got cut), Barwin, etc.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they take Kelce’s brother Travis, TE at Cincy, in the draft. Could be a stud at the next level…good hands and a good blocker.

Smoke and mirrors! Good to see he got paid but he’s not worth it…y’all can have him Philly! Look at his stats from 2011…4.5 sacks in 1 flukey game, otherwise he’s the same player you saw last season with 3 sacks. Our 1st round pick Mercilles had 7 as a change of pace guy. Next man up Mercilles!

1. Sign and over pay “has been” NFL playes on the backside of their careers in order to generate excitement among clueless, gullible, fan base who will then run out and buy tix after 2-14 season.

2. Put team on field that blows.

3. Spin it as “rebuilding” season so the sheep keep buying tickets and think one day it will get better.

1) umm they have done the opposite this year. They have signed younger players and they are still 17 over the cap

2) is that what Dallas has done the last 20 years. One playoff win

3) Isn’t than the Cowboys Motto every year? Glad I don’t pay for season tickets to watch a team win one playoff game in 17 years in a billion dollar stadium

Have only had 2 losing seasons in that time.

Made it to 5 NFC Championship Games.

And Made it to 1 Superbowl.

Only the Patriots and Colts have won more playoff games then the Eagles in that time period.

Interesting you also call them “has beens” considering most of them have only played 4-7 years in the NFL and are barely entering their prime.

I seen him play basketball for UC a few years back. His 11.5 sacks in 2011 was in part because he had Mario on the other side. 3 in 2012 was because he didn’t have Mario on the other side. Good player, but not 6 mil a year good.

I hate this signing i live in Houston so i watched the Texans play when the Eagles weren’t on and he had 1 good season so to pay him for 1 good season is terrible. There is a reason the Texans never even offered him a contract. I hope the Eagles sign some type of offensive lineman so Vick dont get murdered.

I give him a B+ so far. I just don’t want them to spend the 4th overall pick on a rookie corner. FAR FAR to many more valuable players in that spot. A lights out Def. End or maybe the 2nd best Tackle in the country. Or trade down and then take the corner and add high picks.
