Deuce Lutui, a free agent offensive lineman who played last season for the Titans, has been suspended for four games by the NFL.

There’s no word on the specific reason for the suspension, which was first reported by Howard Balzer.

Lutui entered the NFL as a second-round draft pick of the Cardinals in 2006 and played six seasons in Arizona. Last year he signed with the Seahawks and his old college coach Pete Carroll but was cut at the end of training camp before eventually catching on with the Titans.

Although Lutui started eight games in Tennessee, he was not expected to return to the Titans even before news of this suspension broke. If he does catch on somewhere, he’ll be sitting out the first four games of the season.
