Free agent cornerback Keenan Lewis is heading home to New Orleans.
Lewis, a New Orleans native who has played his entire four-year career with the Steelers, signed a five-year deal with the Saints today.
After starting all 16 games for the Steelers last season, Lewis became one of a large group of starting cornerbacks to hit the free agent market this year. We had him as the No. 41 player available in our free agent rankings.
The Saints were known to be looking for an upgrade at cornerback, and now they’ve got their man.
