Looks like they are trying to load up on depth /competition and add more options for sub packages.

Lack of productive depth in the front seven definitely hurt them last year especially when they got a little banged up in spots. They still could use some DE/DL upgrades, but maybe they’ll find help there in the draft.

Walden was awful and got 16 mil. Jones is ok he will be looking at 25 mil.

Funny thing is, this guy made as many plays as Walden did last year and somehow Walden just got a huge contract.

Anyway, I don’t agree with the ‘Titans can take him’ argument. He’s not worth a big contract, but I would like to have him back if the price is right.

By the end of the year, he was a 3 down linebacker. He was actually their best coverage LB, and was far from a liability.

This guy was terrible at OLB when Thompson drafted him, but he survived on the roster by becoming a good player on special teams. Then last year the team told him to stay on the roster he had to move to the inside, where he blossomed and became a solid player. I would prefer to have him back here, but if not good luck and all the best! :-)
