The Dallas fans are right he got cut for a reason, they didnt have the cap room to keep him. But dont let reality ruine your rant against the Giants. Connor couldn’t cover Rob Ryan on a pass route. The Panthers cut him and now the Cowboys cut him but the Giants are feeling good about this signing. Really?

And yet the Giants are STILL behind the Cowboys in the # of NFL titles. BTW, how did that “defending” SB champ title work out for you, btw? Right – your boys choked away the chance to make it to the playoffs.

Connor is a mediocre pro with declining skills – he is pretty weak when defending the pass. He was cut for a reason, and was also signed for only one year for a reason. He will be a backup on the team with Herzlich easily beating him out to start. He will be rotated in on running plays, and that will make up the bulk of his playing time in NY.

Dan Connor is slow and nothing more than a backup. Reese is a trash gm who has systematically turned the giants into average trash. Giants fans love to brag about how elite Reese is as a gm or Eli as a qb and both are average at best. Dan Connor lol he is your answer have fun catching shady McCoy or him stopping anyone in the read option. Have fun covering tight ends. Bargain basement trash is what this man has new filling your team lol. Remind me how great you are with three outta 4 years with no playoffs and losing out trash teams like Dallas and Washington yeah big blue you suck

Also logical, the redskins are world champs? Last I heard their QB was being carted around with a couple torn ligaments in his knee and he may or may not be able to play next year. If the redskins organization is the same as last yr they’ll have him out there in a wheelchair. Ill have to tell Mara to make a rule against that.

As far as signing Dan Connor, I trust Mara and the rest of the NYG front office. They do have those 2 recent SB championships.

Not exactly doing backflips but this is a good move (finally). He will be much better in our 4-3 scheme. Kiwi, Connor, Rivers is a solid unit if they can all stay on the field.
