As Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin enters the final year of his rookie contract, some have speculated that the Eagles are trying to trade him.
They aren’t, according to Geoff Mosher of CSNPhilly.com.
Then again, that doesn’t mean the Eagles wouldn’t make a move, if they could. Indeed, Mosher writes that the Eagles aren’t “actively” shopping Maclin. Which means that they’ll listen, if someone calls.
It’s unclear whether anyone was called. Per Mosher, there are “no indications” that Maclin is the receiver about whom Colts owner Jim Irsay recently was hinting via Twitter.
