His suspension should be far worse than Stallworth’s. If I remember correctly Stallworth did have alcohol in his system at the time of his accident, however, I remember the man walked directly into a lane of traffic. Brent on the other hand was driving over 100 mph and killed his passenger.

As a Cowboys fan I have to say his suspension should be at least a year and only start AFTER he gets out of prison with no shortening of it like Roger seems fond of. He shouldn’t appeal anything.

Don’t we need to wait until he serves his time; isn’t the state of Texas or the county in which this happened going to press charges against him? Have I missed something? I imagine he has a short stint (or longer?) in the pen upcoming before he has to worry about discipline from the league office.
