PFT on NBC Sports Network: Mock draft with Corey Chavous

Geno Smith AP

There may still be snow falling across part of the country, but it is officially spring and that means it is time to start thinking about the draft.

Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports Network will be doing just that on Monday. Former NFL player Corey Chavous of DraftNasty.net will join the show to discuss what his mock draft has teams doing at this point in the process. We’ll hear who he thinks the Chiefs will take first, which positions are the strongest and whether a quarterback will go in the top 10.

Geno Smith of West Virginia will be one of the candidates to become the first quarterback off the board, which makes him a good candidate for further discussion. Mike Florio, Shaun King and Ross Tucker will join Erik Kuselias for a discussion of Smith’s credentials along with all the latest news from around the league.

It all gets going at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.

As a Browns fan I was thinking about the draft in October. Please, Cleveland, DO NOT draft Geno Smith!!!Milliner or Ziggy, but not Smith, please.

Are you going to ask him for advice on how not to make a mock draft completely suck?

I would, if I were you.

I just came here to say I love me some Corey Chavous! When he was still playing shows would have him on to talk about the draft and he was a junkie for it. So happy for him that he is running his own site now.
