Such that you want to believe anything you read on Twitter today, it appears Nick Barnett is going back to Buffalo.
Barnett tweeted (from his verified account, we’re trying to be careful today since it’s April Fool’s Day) that he had returned to the Bills.
The Bills released him in February rather than pay him his scheduled $3.5 million in salary, but he was a solid player for them in two seasons. Bringing him back at a smaller figure makes sense.
UPDATE 9:18 a.m. ET: Well, there you go. Har, har.
