PFT Live: Why didn’t the Jets file tampering charges against Bucs?

Ross Tucker joins Mike Florio to discuss the state of the Darrelle Revis trade rumors. Due to the language of his contract, the Jets cannot place the franchise tag on Revis, so there is really no other option other than trading him. According to Florio, if the Jets really wanted to keep Revis, they would have filed tampering charges against the Buccaneers.
