Broncos get a tackle under contract, but it’s Chris Clark

The Broncos now have a left tackle under contract, even if it’s not the one they’re hoping for.

According to Mike Klis of the Denver Post, restricted free agent Chris Clark signed his $1.323 million tender Wednesday.

And with starter Ryan Clady yet to sign his franchise-tag deal (or recover from shoulder surgery), that leaves Clark atop the depth chart for any offseason practices.

Clark has spent the last three seasons with the Broncos, after entering the league as an undrafted rookie with the Buccaneers.
