Now that quarterback Tim Tebow is available, first via waivers and then if unclaimed as a free agent, it’s time to start listing the teams that don’t want him.

Let’s start with the Eagles, whose quarterback conga line is now officially as long as the Jets, at five.

According to Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com, the Eagles have no interest in Tebow.

On the surface, Tebow’s running skills would make him a good fit for the Chip Kelly offense. Then again, Matt Barkley’s lack of running skills would make him not a good fit, and yet the Eagles traded up to the top of round four to get him.

But here’s the likely reason why Kelly is passing on Tebow: “In this league you need to be able to throw the football, and that’s the first skill set that we’re looking for,” Kelly said Saturday, via Frank. “Repetitive accuracy is the No. 1 quality we’re looking for.”

While Tebow at times has shown accuracy, there’s nothing “repetitive” about it.
