As of last night, police in Arizona were looking for Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington, who faces an accusation of domestic assault. According to Tyler Baldwin of 3TV in Phoenix, Washington and his lawyer will meet with police later today for questioning regarding the situation.
And it gets more interesting. According to Baldwin, the accuser previously was arrested for attacking a boyfriend.
Of course, that doesn’t mean Washington is blameless. But it could make police more likely to accept his version of the events, if his version conflicts with hers.
