The players have all but stopped changing teams this offseason, but the guys that scout and pick them are on the move.
According to Adam Caplan of TheSidelineView.com, Bears director of pro scouting Chris Ballard is leaving the team to take a promotion with the Chiefs.
Ballard will oversee the pro and college scouting departments for Chiefs GM John Dorsey.
Ballard had spent his entire 12 years in the NFL with the Bears, the first 11 as an area scout on the college side.
