The Green Bay Packers will hold their annual meeting on Wednesday, July 24 at Lambeau Field, the club said Friday.
The Packers have 363,948 shareholders who combine to own 5,020,523 shares of the club, according to the club.
The club said it will be sending formal notification of the meeting to shareholders, as well as information on voting by proxy, in mid-June.
According to the club, the Packers have been incorporated since 1923. Their last issuance of stock was in 2011, with the proceeds intended for Lambeau Field improvements.
