Josh Cribbs isn’t lacking for suitors.

Cribbs wrapped up his visit with the Giants on Thursday and is now headed to Detroit. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that Cribbs will be meeting with the Lions as he searches for a home for the 2013 season.

Stefan Logan did almost all of the kick and punt returning for the Lions last season, but didn’t post particularly strong numbers in either spot. He’s a free agent and the Lions haven’t made any moves toward bringing him back, which leaves plenty of room for Cribbs to do his thing in the kicking game.

Cribbs has met with the Raiders and Jets as well over the last few days as interest in his services has ramped up with the recovery of his knee following surgery for a torn meniscus. We’ll see if more teams throw their names in the hat, a development that would enable Cribbs to continue racking up frequent flier miles.
