Jets agree to terms with seventh-round pick FB Tommy Bohanon

After agreeing to terms with third-round draft pick Brian Winters earlier on Thursday, the New York Jets have come to terms with another one of their draft choices.

According to Rich Cimini of, the Jets have agreed to terms with their seventh-round draft pick, Wake Forest fullback Tommy Bohanon. Per Cimini, it’s a four-year deal worth $2.2 million.

Bohanon has experience as both an H-back and a tight end during his time at Wake Forest which increases his value to the Jets.

If we’re going to be a run first team we need this guy to put people on their backs. Hopefully he can give us something as a receiver, too.

Pats fans know the winning cycle is coming to an end and they’re getting nervous. Bohanon is a stud, nice pickup in the 7th rd. Jets will go into NE week 2 and knock the crap out of Tommy Bunchen.
