The Jets announced the signing of four players Sunday, including rookie placekicker Brett Maher, whose signing was reported earlier in the day.

Maher’s agent, Robert Roche, told PFT that Maher has signed a three-year deal with the Jets.

The Jets’ other signees are Louisiana-Lafayette defensive tackle Lanier Coleman, California (Pa.) wide receiver Thomas Mayo and Northern Illinois outside linebacker Sean Progar-Jackson.

While the Jets added Maher, they released first-year placekicker Derek Dimke, whom they signed earlier in the offseason. They also released Eastern Illinois defensive tackle Roosevelt Holliday and Hawaii wide receiver Royce Pollard. Holliday is a rookie, while Pollard is a first-year pro.
