With the nomination process completed for three divisions in the NFC, we turn to the NFC West.
And we arrive at the most storied of the four franchises in the division: the 49ers.
The problem in San Francisco, as it will be with other teams that have achieved a high degree of success, will be reducing their all-time greats to four.
At first, I thought it would be easy: Montana, Rice, Young, Walsh. Period. But what about Eddie DeBartolo? Or Ronnie Lott? Joe Perry? Even T.O.?
