Dumervil’s Denver domicile can be had for $2.7 million

Elvis Dumervil AP

Elvis Dumervil has moved on from the Broncos, but he still has ties to Denver.

Specifically, he has a home in Castle Rock, Colorado.  Per RealtyToday.com, Dumervil’s four-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 6,199-square-foot home has a listing price of $2.7 million.

Dumervil was released by the Broncos in March, after a salary-cap stare down resulted in a renegotiated contract that wasn’t finalized in timely fashion, due to a fax snafu.  The Broncos cut Dumervil, and he signed with the Ravens as a free agent.

Dumervil can afford to carry the property, for a while.  He has made plenty of money over the years, and he’ll make $8.5 million in 2013.

He’ll also be able to check on the place in early September, when the Ravens launch the 2013 season with a trip to Denver.

Why do you need 7 bathrooms? Does he have IBS?

Possibly the most scenic locations for neighborhoods in the U.S. I have ever seen. I wouldn’t expect there to be much wiggle room on the price. I’m not even going to bother offering him $2.5MM for it.

Footballers should generally rent and not buy.

With the Maryland real estate market the way it is today, that $2.7 million should be enough for him to buy a GREAT townhouse!!

Party house? Just guessing. Me, I’m on my way to making less than 2.7 million in my lifetime.

Elvis named it Ungraceful Land to commemorate his departure from Denver. The Bronco’s playoff hopes are buried there.

If I had 7 bathrooms, I think I’d try to poop in each one in the same day. Just to say I did it.

With 7 bathrooms, he should be cited for violating the abuse of clean water. That is more toilets housed than M&T Bank stadium.

Real estate is really cheap in Denver, that house here would be worth at least 10 million.

Saw the pics, obviously it’s huge & has killer amenities. But the decor is god awful. Basically screams “rich dude from the ghetto.”
