PFT on NBCSN: Bobby Wagner, NFC East burning questions

Seattle Seahawks Wagner celebrates an interception on the Atlanta Falcons during the first quarter in their NFL NFC Divisional playoff football game in Atlanta Reuters

Quarterback Russell Wilson got most of the attention in Seattle last season, but he wasn’t the only rookie to make a splash.

Linebacker Bobby Wagner had an outstanding NFL debut, recording 140 tackles to go with three interceptions and two sacks, and would have drawn a lot more praise for it if not for Wilson and two other rookie quarterbacks eating up the spotlight. Wagner will join Erik Kuselias for a conversation on Thursday’s edition of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN about his plans for his second season, the Seahawks’ busy offseason and much more.

Mike Florio and former Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey will also be on hand to run down all of the biggest news of the day from around the league. They’ll also break down burning questions left to answer for the Redskins, Giants, Cowboys and Eagles as the NFC East takes its turn in divisio-by-division look at what teams still have to figure out this offseason.

It all gets started at 5 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Outstanding debut? Must have been the PED’s.

Hey ask Bobby Wagner to put Erik Kuselias in a headlock for the fans.

The burning question in the NFC East every year is what team will finish second to the Redskins. The Redskins sweep the Cowboys, Eagles and Giants like clockwork. #Redskinsareunbeatable

    Burning question #1 for Bobby:

“Is it all or just most of the Seahawks that are hopped up on performance enhancers?”

I’m a Seahawks fan, but we have earned every bit of abuse you can dish out. But don’t hate on Bobby Wagner. He is extraordinarily talented and a class act.

We may be “Sleepless in Seatterall” but we will be whipping your a$$ all year long. Believe that.

I feel sure that the #1 NFC East burning question will be whether the Redskins will change their name.

Burning question, will Kirk Cousins start all 16 games for the Foreskins?

Everyone who claims Seattle is taking PEDs need to realize the NFL has probably focused on the Seahawks – so they will end up being the cleanest team out there this year.

Lets see how it goes, but my money is on Seattle dominating the NFC for the next 5 years.
