The Tennessee Titans have managed to get another one of their eight draft picks under contract.

According to Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com, the Titans have agreed to terms on a four-year contract with linebacker Zaviar Gooden.

The University of Missouri linebacker was one of two third-round selections by the Titans. Gooden compiled 256 tackles, four sacks and five interceptions as a three-year starter for Missouri.

The Titans’ top three draft picks, Alabama guard Chance Warmack, Tennessee wide receiver Justin Hunter and Connecticut cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson, remain unsigned.

Not a Titans fan, and granted I spend way too much on the draft, but this guy is going to be a stud– Hopefully enough of a stud to make up for Blidi Wreh-Wilson who will not, to put it politely.

Although, and now I kind of feel like I’m jock-riding Titans fans, all of Tennessee’s picks could bust and Warmack would still more than make up for it. If I was forced at gunpoint to wager my family’s lives on one player from this draft class making the Hall of Fame, it would be Warmack without any question.
