PFT Live: Darin Gantt, Saints talk with Larry Holder

Drew Brees

FILE - In this Dec. 30, 2012, file photo, New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees watches from the sideline during the second half of an NFL football game against the Carolina Panthers in New Orleans. Coming off a 13-3 campaign in 2011 and a narrow loss to San Francisco in that season’s playoffs, the Saints went into the offseason figuring they would be contenders again this season. Then came the NFL’s probe of the Saints’ cash-for-hits program and numerous sanctions, the most severe of which was the full-season suspension of coach Sean Payton. (AP Photo/Dave Martin, File)

The Saints are holding their mandatory minicamp this week, making it a good time to check in with one of the writers covering the team to find out what’s going on in New Orleans.

Larry Holder of the New Orleans Times-Picayune will join Mike Florio on Wednesday’s edition of PFT Live to talk about how the Saints’ offseason is progressing with coach Sean Payton back at the helm after his 2012 suspension. The conversation will also touch on the voting for the Saints’ four-man Mt. Rushmore, which will be unveiled later on Wednesday during Pro Football Talk on NBCSN.

We’ll also be unveiling the four faces of the Panthers franchise on Wednesday and longtime Panthers beat writer and current PFTer Darin Gantt will sit down to share his thoughts on what faces we should see when the curtain drops.

You can watch it all live at noon ET.
