The Mt. Rushmore series is moving to the NFC West and we’ll set the stage for the unveiling of two of the teams during Thursday’s edition of PFT Live.
Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area will be on hand to discuss the finalists for the 49ers, a group that includes many of the leading lights from the Bill Walsh era as well as players from earlier eras like John Brodie and Joe Perry. We’ll find out Maiocco’s choices and perhaps get an idea of members from the current team that he thinks could wind up pushing aside one of today’s picks.
Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch will do the same for the Rams, who have finalists from their time in Los Angeles as well as their current home in St. Louis. Thomas will tell us if he thinks one city will have more faces on the virtual landmark than the other when he joins Mike Florio for a conversation.
