Ronnie Lott is a Hall of Famer, a four-time Super Bowl champ and one of the finest defensive backs of any generation, but is that enough to get him a spot on the 49ers’ Mt. Rushmore.

We’ll find out during Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports Network on Thursday afternoon, but Lott will let us know if he thinks he’s earned one of the four places before we do. Lott will join the PFT crew to share his thoughts about which of the 12 finalists belong carved into rock and reminisce about some of his memorable moments in a 49ers uniform.

In addition to the Niners, we’ll also be unveiling the Mt. Rushmore choices for their NFC West compatriots from St. Louis. Norm Van Brocklin or Eric Dickerson? Orlando Pace or Crazy Legs Hirsch?

You can find out the answers, along with all the latest from around the NFL, when the show kicks off at 5 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network.
