    Roger Wehrli without question.

Roger Wehrli, Dan Dierdorf, Larry Wilson and Jackie Smith. If that group can’t be chiseled properly, Jim Hart, Charlie Trippi, Terry Metcalf and Ottis Anderson. I still wish Bidwill had gone to the desert by himself, and left the Big Red in St. Louis. I’ve tried, but I can’t root for the Rams, especially since the Wal-Martian in-law Kroenke took over.

…and Roy Green, Ollie Matson, Ernie McMillan, Ken Gray, Jim Bakken, Don Coryell, Sonny Randle, Bobby Joe Conrad, Mel Grey, John David Crow, Elmer Angsman, Jim Conzelman, Pat Fischer, Larry Stallings, Jerry Stovall, Tom Banks, Conrad Dobler, Irv Goode, Charley Johnson, Bob DeMarco, Stump Mitchell. I could go on, but I already have. Lots of great, near-great, mostly forgotten players (and a couple of coaches) from a franchise which, when located in St. Louis, provided fans with hope, heartbreak, and an incompetent front office.

Johnny Roland, too. Okay, I’m done.

How about the second best corner of his generation Aeneas Williams.
