Golden Tate wants to give Jim Harbaugh the “Sean Lee treatment”

Tate Getty Images

Soon, it’ll be easier to list the Seahawks players who don’t want to beat up 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh.

Cornerback Brandon Browner wants to put his hands on Harbaugh’s neck.  Receiver Golden Tate has something more creative in mind.

Even though it’s something Tate already has done.

“I would try to give him the Sean Lee treatment,” Tate told 710 ESPN in Seattle.  “I would do that.”

It’s good that Tate can laugh about the Sean Lee incident, since it left Tate a lot lighter in the wallet.  Tate applied an illegal blindside block to Lee last September, and the league responded with a $21,000 fine.

It’s not good that so many players are talking openly about inflicting violence on an opposing coach.  While they’re only joking (we think), that’s the kind of violent rhetoric the NFL hopes to iron out of an inherently violent game.

    Golden is anything but …

One would think he and his 1200 career yards would work on being an NFL player rather than spewing his mouth.

But then again he plays for Seattle.
Where they retire crowd noise jerseys.

  2. richndc says: Jun 22, 2013 11:36 AM

Nothing says class that bragging about a cheap shot. Golden Tate could not kiss Sean Lee’s a** if he was standing tip toe on his momma’s shoulders.

It looks like the seachicken players are as classy as their fans.

  4. bigbrad184 says: Jun 22, 2013 11:38 AM

Good to hear that professional athletes in their 20s want to hit a 50 year old coach. All because Harbaugh stated that the fact that even though a player may say he tested positive for Adderall there is no way to confirm that it wasn’t a more serious steroid and why would you take someone at their word after they have just been caught cheating?!? Real classy Seahawks.

  7. emoney826 says: Jun 22, 2013 11:39 AM

Tate also claimed that was a catch during the Seattle green bay game. His word means nothing. Overrated receiver on a overrated team.

Not a fan of either team. Seahawks players talk too much. You were good for one year congratulations. And i think Jim Harbaugh would kick Tate’s a$$.

  12. umainebearman says: Jun 22, 2013 11:42 AM

Is there a player on the Seadderal team that has the mental capacity to think above a 12 year olds mentality? It sad that with all the violence out there all these Seahawks Dbags can think to do is cause more violence.

  13. ozymandias121 says: Jun 22, 2013 11:43 AM

I remember when Golden Tate was good…….wait no I don’t. Stick to robbing donut shops and you can room with Aaron Hernandez web you are out of the league after your rookie contract expired.

Let’s see… players can’t celebrate a TD in the end zone, and must abide by some strict uniform dress codes… but it’s okay for Seahawk players to talk like this. ? Where’s good ol’ Roger when you’d expect to see ‘im? Guessin’ it’s okay, at least in Seattle.

  17. ringwormsherm says: Jun 22, 2013 11:47 AM

  21. str8cashhomey says: Jun 22, 2013 11:50 AM

Lol. Golden Tate is a bum. The Seahawks are a bunch of PED popping punks. They shouldn’t have even made the playoffs. They got some help from the worst call the NFL has ever seen. Trent William punched Richard Sherman right in his face. Sherman did what he always does… Nothing except run his mouth.

  24. sampsonswag01 says: Jun 22, 2013 11:52 AM

What would happen to Seattle if the unthinkable happens on Week 2 and they get throttled….absolutely pummeled….at home?? It seems this meeting is their Super Bowl of sorts but it’s business as usual for the 49ers.

I love the smack talk though…..that game is going to be sit-in-your-seat..you better not leave must-see-tv!

  25. thraiderskin says: Jun 22, 2013 11:53 AM

The players of Seattle (with the exception of Wilson, Lynch and guys I don’t know of) are a complete joke… There can not be a bigger bunch of clowns on one roster in the league. If it isn’t substances, its threatening other coaches and bragging about (illegally) blind-siding other players. I guess that is why that trophy case will remain empty.

  31. scoobaj says: Jun 22, 2013 11:59 AM

the Seahawks, fans and the Seattle media don’t like Harbaugh or the 9ers. Harbaugh is an extremely annoying whiner during and after games. He is extremely rude to the media and the fans when he is up in Seattle, there is a reason everyone in Seattle wants to Slap the guy, he’s a JERK.

  32. bobhk says: Jun 22, 2013 11:59 AM

Gotta love how harbaugh has got under the skin of everyone on Seahawks team. I am waiting a rant from Paul Allen.

BTW Tate should really be thinking of what he’ll be doing when he hits unemployment next year.

All of this because harbaugh spoke the truth.

  33. swu32733 says: Jun 22, 2013 12:00 PM

  35. themackstrong says: Jun 22, 2013 12:02 PM

The hit was beautiful and Sean Lee was running up the field, it was as clean as you can get and he leveled a guy weighing 50 lbs more than him run blocking. The reality is our 4th receiver Baldwin is better than any 49er WR on depth chart right now now named Boldin just as Rogers. Take violence out of the sport of football??? Its a violent game..

  36. seahawkfan4evr says: Jun 22, 2013 12:02 PM

By the way, that hit was totally legal. Keep your head on a swivel, especially when you’re playing the Hawks! We are physical and have no problem reminding opponents.

  39. mp4pack says: Jun 22, 2013 12:05 PM

This is why championship teams do their talking on the field. Harbaugh’s comments would have been nothing but bulletin board material for a class organization, as it is the *’s have only turned it around and given a bunch of ammo to the 49ers. I fully expect them to get rolled twice, especially after a few more drug suspensions before the season starts.

  40. larrydavid7000 says: Jun 22, 2013 12:05 PM

Its so sad that this joke of a team if you want to call them that has to resort to wanting to take it to an opponent off the field. Real classy there seagulls. I guess when you have not won anything this is what you have to resort to. WHAT A HUGE OF AN ORGANIZATION OF LOSERS THEY ARE.!!!!! YOUR KIDS KIDS KIDS WILL NEVER SEE YOU WIN ANYTHING OF IMPORTANCE.!!!!!!!!!!! SO GO CHEER THAT STUPID GAY 12 FAN ON KEEP RAISING THAT FLAG CAUSE THATS THE ONLY FLAG YOUR TEAM CAN RAISE AT THIS TIME.

The more relevant we are the more you all SPEW!!!! Too bad your teams are being talked about by ANYONE!!!!

    GO HAWKS!!!!

  43. scoobaj says: Jun 22, 2013 12:07 PM

These comments were made jokingly and taken a bit out out of context by PFT. gotta love all the passion in the Seattle hate tho, the Hawks are a first class and hard working organization all the way, but we’re tucked away in south Canada so all people know is media gossip and sensationalized reporting. oh well, just makes the SB run that much sweeter.

Surprised to learn he is a Notre Dame grad. He was been busting for breaking into a doughnut shop, he claims he caught a ball that anyone could see he didn’t catch and now he is bragging about a cheap shot.

Keep that win all you suckas do is run your mouths! You fans will get punked by niner fans! GO NINERS!

  61. patriottony says: Jun 22, 2013 12:37 PM

For all you out there that bad talk and hate BB/PATS,,,there are numerous coaches out there..Harbaugh, Harbaugh, Ryan, Ryan, Williams, etc that actively talk about “killing” “hospitalizing” or destroying opponent players. You have coaches like Ryan that totally “disrespect” other teams and players. We try to teach our kids the “good” in sports, yet we have coaches…that will plow the line on a QB kneel down, or coach the low hit,,preach the QB pile on….on and on.

  62. woodsidegil says: Jun 22, 2013 12:38 PM

You’ve got to admit those Seattle players and “fans” talk really tough. They probably need to be reminded that they have accomplished little to nothing except one loss in a Super Bowl. Since then they have been below average, hence good positioning to draft. All these things they’re going to do this season and beyond are just talk. How about keeping your trap shut until you actually do something to earn bragging rights.

  63. baymac408 says: Jun 22, 2013 12:38 PM

  65. osiris33 says: Jun 22, 2013 12:39 PM

The hit was legal, and anyone who’s ever played football with pads knows it was legal. As former Broncos & Seahawks LB Dave Wyman put it, “Golden Tate fined $21,000 for playing football.”

Lets face it, the Seahawks are the toughest, most physical team in football, and you east coasters can’t stand it. The Seahawks are gonna do to this league what Godzilla does to the Tokyo skyline on a regular basis.

  66. jjherm1 says: Jun 22, 2013 12:40 PM

The SEACHICKS are full of bravado!!! More like FOS!!! They can trash talk all they want, but in the end their fans will always be able to cry about how the referee’s stole their only shot at ever winning a Super Bowl. Only SEACHICK fans care about this team, the rest of us see you fans and your team as just another lions, Vikings, eagles, jaguars. Get the point? Not important, at all!!!

  67. briank1ne says: Jun 22, 2013 12:41 PM

I love the over confidence by the seahawk fans. Gonna make it so much better when they don’t even make the playoffs. Niners and rams will be atop.

  68. thirdistheworrd says: Jun 22, 2013 12:42 PM

That said, I hate that last paragraph. If you want to take the violence out of the game, fine. Well not really fine, I disagree with you, but I see where you’re coming from, but taking the violence out of language is just ridiculous. We’re men, that’s how we talk. It has nothing to do with sports, men use violent hyperbole all the time.

Football needs trash talk, especially if you’re curtailing the real, tangible in-game violence. Every man on Earth threatens extreme violence at least once a day. “Jesus H. Christ, if this Fn Acura doesn’t speed up, I swear to god I’m going to break his Fn neck.” “Are you kdding me!? That is the worst call I’ve ever seen. If I ever see Joey Crawford on the street, I’m going to knock his Fn teeth in”.
Would you actually break the Acura drivers neck? No. Will Golden Tate actually blindside Harbaugh? No. Will I actually knock Joey Crawford’s teeth in? Possibly. He is literally ruining the sport of basketball.

Point is, let men talk, let women talk, let anybody talk as much as they want. If you can’t deal with it, get some testosterone supplements (eating more broccoli helps). You’re interfering enough with the game on the field, quit trying to micromanage emotions and hyperbole off of it.

Here is wishing a “Joe Theismann” on Golden. Just like the Patriots, a team will emulate their leadership (coach). So, what can we say about Pete Carroll? He had to leave USC because the Law was coming to town, and what do we have in Seattle? A bunch of lowlife PED popping turds. Which brings me back to Golden (great name by the way). As a player is is a second round bust. WOW 688 yards last year. His favorite was that lie of a catch that he and his PoS coach celebrated as legit agains Green Bay…what does that tell you about “Golden”? Oh yeah, one other thing where did he come from?…Notre Dame (Nothing left to say).

I can’t wait for the season to begin! We can then begin to usher in the 49er’s return to irrelevance. How many seats are you going to sell in your fancy stadium when your team is the doormat of the NFC West in 2014? Santa Clara 49ers. HA HA!

Uh yeah, Santa Clara is NOT even close to SF not even in the same county.

And let’s not start with no trophies… When did SF, I mean Santa Clara win one? Oh, 20 years ago. You probable didn’t even know what a football was then. Go play with your Power Rangers.

The Seahawks and their fans are very similar to the Vikings and their fans.

Offseason champs every year, talk a lot of smack, disappear when it counts.

I thought the Vikings fans were alone in their idiocy, but behold: two franchises, same success, same unwarranted bravado.

Every honest, knowledgeable, unbiased observer knows that Tate caught the ball versus Green Bay.

Jennings touched the ball first, which is not relevant. Jennings had two hands on the ball while Tate had his left arm between the ball and Jennings’ chest. Tate was cradling the ball in his left arm while Jennings had two hands on the ball. Tate then made contact with the ground first, giving him possession–at least according to the NFL; rules you play by in the park may be different.

Once on the ground, Jennings tried, and tried, and tried, and tried to wrestle the ball away from Tate, because Tate had the ball.

It’s a shame that now that Seattle finally has a good team, they don’t have the class or experience to handle it.

Glad to see that I’m not the only one that has gotten tired of hearing these also-rans flapping their gums. When you talk about killing the opponent I know you’re not talking about murder and it’s all about psyching yourself up….but when you start talking about assaulting an opposing head coach that’s where the line MUST be drawn.

I respect the talent on this ‘Hawks team (most Seattle fans don’t have the capacity to understand respect) because I’m a long-time FOOTBALL fan ( I’m almost ashamed to say I’ve even stooped to watching Browns games if that’s all that’s on!), but at a certain point they HAVE TO shut up. Realistically they lucked into the post-season last year. Being a true football fan I’m excited to see what the NFC West as whole accomplishes this upcoming season. It’s been a true revival for a division that was once a laughing stock.

Here is MY prediction for Seattle’s season:
    1:win
    2:LOSS
    3:win
    4:loss
    5:loss
    6:win
    7:loss
    8:win
    9:loss
    10:loss
    11:loss
    12: BYE (much needed!)
    13:loss
    14:LOSS
    15:loss
    16:win
    17:win

enjoy your 6-win season and I look forward to the absence of ‘Hawk bandwagon jumpers from this site after mid-season! We’ll see the real fans when they stick around. By the way…. keep this little prediction handy so you can ask me ‘How did you know?’ after the season….a season in which San Fran took home title #6 and join the Steelers as the only teams to have done so.

BTW, how’s Jenkins, and Patton doing, LOL? I heard Patton is just as terrible as Jenkins was this time last year, and the fact they are trying to convert Davis to a WR doesn’t say much. Seattle is overrated? Yeah, I guess that’s why we had just as many wins as your self proclaimed dynasty team. Didn’t you lose the SB? Talk about overrated, HAHAHA! Harbaugh runs his mouth off, and our players respond, yet we are the classless ones… Oh I forgot, 49er fans like to talk garbage, but can’t take it. They cry when people say something back, LOL. Just like how you cry that we are rubbing in the 42-13 beatdown, yet you clowns wanted to rant about the previous 3 regular season meetings you beat us, right??? You also wanna talk about Hawks fans being classless when you are the pathetic losers who stab people in your teams parking lot, ROLMFAO… Yeah, ok… You wonder why fans of the other 31 teams think you are jokes, and constantly laugh at you, HAHA!!!

In fact you may as well say 5 NFCW titles ever in franchise history. Wow, lofty goal! In case you haven’t noticed yet, despite the ‘squacks tough guy smack talk they’ve been chasing SF for the last 2 years and I don’t see any reasons this may have changed. 112. anhdazman says: Jun 22, 2013 2:11 PM

This just makes the SF\Seattle rivalry better.
But honestly, I can tell that Seattle are so concerned about SF. On a weekly basis Seattle players are going out of their way talking and stressing about SF and their HC. Seattle is very, very worried about SF. They know SF is the top NFC West team they’re chasing and possibly the top NFC team overall.
That’s why they’re cheating with all the failed drug test.
Seattle HC Pete Carroll was a middle of the road HC his first go around in the NFL. Mediocre at best. Then he went to USC. Where he learned to cross the line and cheat or do what ever was necessary to win. As soon as USC was going to take the downfall, he jumped back into the NFL. Now he carries that same attitude to the NFL. Yes the Seahawks are now competitive, but they’re on the NFL’s watch list.
And for your information, I am not a 49ers fan. Far from it. I’m speaking as how I see it.

but back that hoe train up with all the “one season” of winning talk. since 2000 the Whiners have had 4 winning seasons, including the last two. that’s one winner every three years. we have 6 division titles in that time, you have 3.

2.) As for Golden Tate’s “dirty” hit, it’d be okay if he just let Sean Lee deck him though right since he’s a defensive player and all? Golden Tate is a much smaller dude and did what he had to to make a play.

3.) I love the hate that the Seahawks get. It’s the same hate that the Heat, Yankees, etc get. What do they all have in common? They all win games and they all have lots of talent. Keep on hating.

Cowboys Stadium isn’t in Irving but is in Arlington. Texas Stadium was in Irving and is now an empty dirt lot. The new stadium is in Arlington which is 18 – 21 miles to the west of the old stadium. Santa Clara is not a suburb of SF, if anything it is a suburb of San Jose which is only about 9 miles away. The only thing close to having the name SF in the area is the southend of the bay!

It’s crazy the media spin outside of the PNW. Take a joke, people. Tate is a level headed and generally polite sociology major… not exactly someone who would seriously consider screwing his entire career and inflicting any harm on a head coach in the NFL. He made light of a hit he was fined for last year, which was CLEAN. Head on a swivel. What do you expect him to do when a 245lb. linebacker is gunning for your quarterback?

    Side notes:

The Seahawks have been to the playoffs 7 times in the last decade. The 49ers? TWO. Stop talking about having “one good year”, especially if you don’t know the roster well enough to speak. There’s a reason the Seahawks are where they are in both NFL.com and ESPN’s power rankings.

The Seahawks spread the ball around and don’t just target one or two guys. Tate had a great year last year with some really clutch plays and an awesome average YAC.

Back to the point, it was an obvious joke. Live with it.

you have got to be the most moronic person alive. We don’t call Cowboys, Irving Cowboys. They are in the same geographic/demographic region. Same as santa clara for SF.

Your dumb fanbase actually lost a team to another part of the country and had to be renamed.

    GTFO.

    • • • • • • • • • • • •

And you are THE MOST moronic person alive. The new stadium in Santa Clara is 40 t0 50 miles to the south of Candlestick Park depending on which route you take. Cowboys Stadium isn’t in Irving but is in Arlington. Texas Stadium was in Irving and is now an empty dirt lot. The new stadium is in Arlington which is 18 – 21 miles to the west of the old stadium. Clearly you are the biggest brainless idiot on the planet. 49ers play in the Bay Area metro area. Seattle not only lost a team but also had to rename the team.

btw the cowboys are headquartered in Irving not Arlington.

Uh yeah, Santa Clara is NOT even close to SF not even in the same county.

And let’s not start with no trophies… When did SF, I mean Santa Clara win one? Oh, 20 years ago. You probable didn’t even know what a football was then. Go play with your Power Rangers.

    —————————————————

And I reiterate….is there supposed to be a slam in there somewhere? You speak of Santa Clara not having any trophies……then you should feel RIGHT AT HOME in a city that knows ONLY failure in the championship realm.

Now……..for you Seahawk fans who keep thinking 49er fans are just “living in the past” here are the facts:

Nobody EVER measures any form of greatness according to division wins. Ever. Period. E-V-E-R. The problem is this isn’t about Cowboys fans talking smack about their trophies who actually haven’t even come close to winning another.

FACT: San Francisco has been to the NFCCG AND Super Bowl the last two years………

FACT: THAT is doing something “lately”…..

FACT: Having 5 Lombardi trophies from a previous era of glory is great too……

FACT: Just start 1 era of glory first before bringing out the bravado….like they say “act like you’ve been there before”….but that’s the irony…you have to get your punches in now because you don’t know how long it’ll last.

Anyone else find it pathetic that the Seahawk players and fans are more focused about the 49ers staff and players than they are about their own team? Sure, Harbaugh despises Pete Carroll, but he would not stand for his players verbally threatening to assault a middle-aged man by choking or cheap-shotting him. He would berate the team for losing the focus of the bigger picture, not the Seahawks who choose to solely focus on only one other team within their division. So good luck Seattle, you may in fact beat us once or heck maybe even twice this season, but don’t forget you play 14 other games this year. And please stop with all the “since 2000″ nonsense, history is history no matter how far back it goes.

Tell me where you see a real Weakness on this 2013 Hawk squad? Wilson had the reigns on him for the 1st 8 games last year and is a stud QB. 2 probowlers on the OL and Beast mode. Enough said there. ZMiller got his chemistry rolling with RWill. Add in Percy Harvin?

Are you kidding me? Raise your hand if your weak D is going to stop this O. No whi9ers, you have no shot.

What about the D and the #1 points allowed D in 2012. Add in a needed upgrade at the nickel back in AWinfield. Need more pass rush? Add Avril and Bennett. Let’s not forget the BEST secondary in the NFL in the Legion of Boom.

So I ask you. Where is a Hawk weakness that sees anything but an easy repeat of 11-5? No comparison to the Eagles, who had a weak QB in Vick and a garbage secondary with Coleman and Allen? ha ha..

    Hawks are going to DOMINATE!

what have seahawks accomplished other than somehow being allowed to play bump coverage anywhere on the field without penalty. you get away with ten – fifteen times a game, and all of a sudden you are winning a good number of games you weren’t even close to competing the season before. IMOthe league has fabricated this rivalry or at the very minimum, they’ve pumped this rivalry just by allowing the seahawks to play more “competitively.”

in other words for the fans that don’t get it- big slow corners that are all of a sudden allowed to grab and make contact downfield under the guise of “being physical” are now considered “shutdown,” and dramatically changing how well league-hyped seahawks are competing.

I love how your only defense of having a poor record in *recent* history is bringing up other sports. How do you call the last decade arbitrary when comparing stats? Does a superbowl win from 20 years ago matter in a team with completely different personnel? You can’t say you’ve got a bad team based on old stats just as you can’t say you’re a great team based on old stats. Nobody is denying the history of the 49ers or the greatness of past teams. Let’s stick to football.

Also, we didn’t sneak into the playoffs. We clinched a playoff birth in week 16, so that Green Bay game didn’t even matter.

  185. nosubsitude says: Jun 24, 2013 3:31 PM

As a Niner fan I have respect for the hawks as a team and organization. I’ve always felt competition is a good thing. I have family that lives in the seattle area and I’ve often visited and love that city. In fact 2 of my all time favorite players are Zorn and Largent. However it’s disappointing to hear seattle fans condoning the comments and behavior of Tate and Browner. I’ve just looked up the Tate/Lee hit on youtube and i too think that was a legal hit and the league was wrong in fining Tate. But it sounds like you guys are hyping Tate up like he’s the best WR not named Rice, Moss, Irving, Brown, or Sharpe. What Coach Harbaugh said wasn’t false. If you’d read into what he was saying, it seem more like he was praising Browner and some of the hawks’ players. In Browner specifically, his a good player, why taint it with banned substances? As for Tate, you praise him for that precious but legal hit on Lee. I see it this way; Lee was “coasting” down the field and now doubt should have kept his head on a swivel. However what’s the difference between that hit than say hitting a tackling dummy in practice? Basically Tate’s most notable achievements in the NFL are a B&E, being the recipient of perhaps one of NFL’s most egregious calls, and the vicious but legal hit on the unsuspecting player. Hmmm, really?

  186. northbynw27 says: Jun 24, 2013 9:13 PM

  187. blvckhvwks13 says: Jun 24, 2013 11:34 PM

Culliver makes anti-gay comments even tho he plays for the gayest city in the world, but hey the Niners are still classy right? Meanwhile Moffitt pee’s in a empty parking garage at 2 in the morning and the Seahawks are the most classless team in NFL history. Holy sh*t that logic.

This is really beginning to piss me off. Golden Tate and Brandon Browner were baited by immature radio talkshow hosts who were joking around and “In jest” made the comments about their hands around Harbaugh’s throat and giving him the Sean Lee treatment. It was really nothing serious and I’m surprised, now I guess I’m not surprised, that so many people get sucked in to all the media hype about it. I don’t believe all the crap said about 49er players is much as I don’t believe the crap said about Seahawks players. I happened to be listening to the radio when Browner and when Tate made those comments. They were laughing about it when they said it because it was done in a very silly, unmindful manner. C’mon everyone, on everyone… Let’s get some common sense. These are two highly talented football teams with great coaches and it is going to be a blast to see them play each other and a little trash talking is okay, particularly when it is just said in fun.

  191. Brad Hobbs says: Jun 25, 2013 2:02 PM

Sorry about all the typos in my previous post. But I think you get the point I was making. Two great teams and a rivalry that the entire country is going to be watching for years, I hope. I don’t want Harbaugh or any of the other 49er players to go anywhere. I want that Seahawks 49ers rivalry to last as long as possible. The history that Carroll and Harbaugh have just makes it sweeter. I’m really disappointed that Michael Crabtree was injured. I know a lot of people don’t care about another team experiencing a lot of injuries, but I’ve played football in my life and I’ve always wanted to play my opponent in their top form. Just after Crabtree tore his Achilles, Seattle’s tightend Anthony McCoy suffered the exact same injury. It’s just no fun winning or losing when your opponent isn’t at full strength. I’m not saying I would return a Lombardi trophy because my opponent sustained a lot of injuries, but in my mind, there would always be an*next to the win when I think of the condition of my opponent when I beat them. Go Seahawks, and I hope the 49ers are there in the NFC championship to play against. It’s going to be a war and is going to be a complete blast.

Every honest, knowledgeable, unbiased observer knows that Tate caught the ball versus Green Bay.

    ——————————–

Words only Seahawk fans said to each other after Tate was given a golden gimme by high school refs.

90% of the 49ers fan base are bandwagons that always bring up how many Super Bowls they have one… Quit talking about the past and explain to me how you lost the one last year and lost 42-13 to the “6 win” 2013 seahawk team? Or I guess you guys say” sea chickens”… And try not to use the adderall excuse this time.

@THEFOX61- Is that a tv station, or something, LOL… I must say, out of millions of 49er fans I’ve dealt with in the past, I would have to say your lame point of views are one of the most moronic I’ve ever come across. What do Seattle teams of other sports have to do with the Seahawks, or are you just trying to put the city of Seattle down as a whole? I’m a Hawk fan, and I was born, raised, and still live in the NY area. I’m a Yankees fan, not a Mariners fan just because I like the Seahawks, so what’s your point again? I mean really? I could sit here, and talk smack about your Giants compared to the Yankees if I was half the tool you are, HAHA! BTW, call me crazy, but I do believe the Seattle Sonics won an NBA Championship about as long ago as some of your Superbowls. You wanna compare the inception of two teams (HAWKS, 49ERS) when the 49ers have been around like 30 years longer… Yeah, that makes sense. Of course you only wanna talk about the past two seasons. It’s the only two times you have been in the playoffs in the past decade, LMFAO. Why don’t you compare the numbers from 2002… You know, when we actually came into this division, and became rivals. Who’s got the better numbers slick??????? THE HAWKS!!!! Yeah, that’s what I thought slugger.

Tate made an incredible catch against the 49ers last year to give the Seahawks the win so you all should really respect what he has to say. With that said Seattle is a terrible place. The sun shines once a year and it rains the rest of the time.
