Ernest Wallace going back to Massachusetts

Ernest Wallace is believed to have fled Massachusetts after Odin Lloyd was murdered on June 17, but he’s now headed back to the state to face his charges alongside former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez and Carloz Ortiz.

Wallace was arrested in Florida on Friday and waived his right to fight extradition in a Florida courtroom on Monday. Nick Underhill of MassLive.com reports that Wallace is expected to be arraigned in Attleboro District Court by the end of the week.

Police released Wallace’s photo last week, along with the description of a Chrysler 300, and described him as armed and dangerous. Wallace saw his picture on television and turned himself in to police in Miramar, Florida.

At the time that police announced their desire to arrest Wallace, he was called an accesory after the fact. Prosecutors in Massachusetts have said they believe they have all three men who were in a car with Lloyd before he was killed in custody, but, as Mike Florio pointed out Sunday, they haven’t specifically confirmed that Wallace was one of those men to this point.

I would agree Wallace laid it all out or he would still be in Fla.
