Report: Roger Goodell, Robert Kraft among Sun Valley invitees

The famed Allen & Company Sun Valley Conference began Tuesday in Sun Valley, Idaho, and several NFL figures are reportedly on the guest list for this annual retreat where corporate and political titans meet.

According to an invite list published by Variety.com, commissioner Roger Goodell, Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Rams owner Stan Kroenke and 49ers owner Jed York are among the NFL figures slated to attend.

According to Deadline.com, Goodell is to participate in a sports-related discussion on Wednesday. The nature of the talk is unclear, but with so many powerful people in the room, here’s to hoping some details come to light.

    Hopefully it’s not about academics possibly affecting a player’s combine status in the future. One’s academic prowess doesn’t necessarily lead to great on field performance.

    For one thing players can always be worked out and met by teams, but Goodell wants to make a stance on morality don’t let NCAA players with convictions in.

    Btw, I’ve never heard of the Senior Bowl considering this and that’s arguably a better place to evaluate than the combine because of the players wearing pads instead of t shirts and shorts.

    Guest list reads like this conference is Bilderberger West.
