The Broncos are meeting on Monday to discuss how to handle the DUI arrests of team executives Tom Heckert and Matt Russell, but they had to take time out to issue a statement about another arrest of a member of the organization.

The Denver Post learned through a search of state records that offensive lineman Quentin Saulsberry was arrested on May 19 in Arapahoe County, Colorado on suspicion of drunken driving. He’s scheduled to be in court on August 19 and has also been charged with a lane change violation.

“We have been aware of Quentin Saulsberry’s arrest and will continue to monitor the legal developments related to this matter, which is subject to review under the NFL’s policies,” Broncos spokesperson Patrick Smyth said Monday.

Saulsberry signed with the team as an undrafted free agent last year and spent the season on the practice squad, except for the four weeks he was suspended for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy. The arrest won’t do much to enhance Saulsberry’s chances of making the team nor will it do much to help the black eye the organization got from the two other arrests this offseason.
