As more teams head to camp, the pace of draft pick signing will heat up. And the Colts, who report Saturday, have gotten their business done.

The Colts announced this morning they have agreed in principle with first-round pick Bjoern Werner.

Werner’s making the transition to outside linebacker, and the Colts signed free agent Erik Walden this offseason to fill the spot opposite Robert Mathis.

So there’s time for the rookie to adjust, but there’s also a high expectation for the 24th overall pick. He had 13 sacks last year at Florida State, and the Colts need help in that area, quickly.
