When Seahawks fans look back on the Early Doucet era, it will be hard to pick out just one favorite memory.
That is, in part, because it’s already over.
The Seahawks announced they had released the veteran wideout Wednesday, after signing him last Friday.
He only practiced once as a Seahawk, on Sunday, and was apparently struggling with some injury. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll told reporters: “He’s been banged up and he’s got some issues that we’re still working with right now.”
Now, he has another issue: The need for a new job.
The Seahawks could still use some help at an injury thinned position, but apparently need someone better able to help now.
