The Ravens took a convincing 44-16 win last night, but what is less clear is the condition of two offensive players they’re expecting to rely on this year.

According to Jeff Zrebiec of the Baltimore Sun, second-year wide receiver Deonte Thompson left the stadium with a soft boot on his ankle.

And backup running back Bernard Pierce came up hobbling after a 20-yard touchdown run, favoring his left knee. Pierce left the stadium with his knee wrapped, but declined to elaborate on his condition.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh offered no specifics after the game.

“We look pretty good right now,” Harbaugh said. “We have some things we’ll have to see about tomorrow: X-rays, MRIs, things like that. So we’ll have to see.”

The Ravens have starting options ahead of both guys, but they’re not in a position to lose any depth, especially on that side of the ball.
