Jonathan Vilma getting second opinion on something

New Orleans Saints outside linebacker Jonathan Vilma (51) reacts during a NFL training camp in Metairie Reuters

While the Saints are getting closer to getting some of their edge-rushers healthy again, they’re missing the man in the middle of their defense.

According to Pat Yasinskas of ESPN.com, Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma flew to Philadelphia Wednesday to get a second opinion on an unspecified injury.

Vilma has been in and out of practice, missing six of the last eight, but the team hasn’t said what’s bothering him. He didn’t play against the Chiefs in the preseason opener.

Vilma missed six games with knee problems last year, and had to take a pay cut just to hang around this year.

Here we go with the amateur comedians….
News Flash: Vilma had absolutely NOTHING to do with any bounties as well as the entire Saints defense but keep on believing Goodell, his predecessor Tags didn’t even believe him, lol..
