Wednesday belonged to Tom Brady’s left knee.
News of the injury suffered by the Patriots quarterback traveled across the football world like wildfire, leading to a suspension of some betting on the NFL season and a lot of nervous people around New England while we waited for the results of tests on the knee. The end result of a sprain mild enough that Brady should be on the field for this weekend’s game with the Buccaneers was a good one for the Patriots and Mike Florio will be joined by Tom Curran of CSN New England on Thursday’s PFT Live to discuss a day that started out with a bang and ended with a whimper.
