The cuts are starting to come ahead of Tuesday’s deadline to get to 75 players.

The Colts are the latest team to turn in some roster moves to pare down their roster. The departing players are mostly undrafted free agents, but there are a few names with NFL experience who won’t be playing for the Colts in 2013.

Linebacker Lawrence Sidbury, who had five sacks in four years with the Falcons before signing with the Colts this offseason, has been placed on injured reserve. That leaves Bjoern Werner as the top option beside Robert Mathis and Erik Walden at the position.

Cornerback Teddy Williams, who played seven games for the team last season, was waived/injured and defensive tackle Kellen Heard, who played three games for them after coming over from the Rams, was waived. Heard also has 15 games of experience with the Bills.

The Colts also waived cornerback Johnny Adams, cornerback Allen Chapman, guard Danous Estenor, punter/kicker Brandon McManus, running back Davin Meggett, linebacker C.O. Prime, center Rick Schmeig, safety Ashante Williams and wide receiver Maurice Williams.
