Teams have until Tuesday afternoon to get their rosters down to 75, and the Browns are going to apparently do it a little at a time.

The team released four guys Monday, getting them down to 84 players.

The guys in question were defensive back Vernon Kearney, defensive lineman Dave Kruger, wide receiver Cordell Roberson and linebacker Tommy Smith.

That leaves them with nine more moves to make, and apparently they wanted to get one more day of work out of those guys before sending them packing.
