Buccaneers sign Jordan Norwood

The game of roster roulette will begin in earnest after final cuts this weekend, but it’s already starting in some precincts.

The Buccaneers announced they have signed wide receiver Jordan Norwood, who was just cut by the Browns.

To make room for him on the roster, the Bucs released defensive end Aaron Morgan.

Norwood caught 13 passes in two games last year before a foot injury landed him on injured reserve. He’s shown some flashes as a slot receiver, and now the Bucs get a free look at him, at least for the week.

Don’t let him wear Carl Nicks shoes.

Amazing, a FA slipped by Jacksonville on the waiver wire. They must have been at lunch.

Good pick up if he can stay healthy. I’ve watched every Browns game for a very long time and would always be confused why he didn’t get more touches. Seemed to have the surest hands on the team and would find the holes in the D. Good luck to Jordan.
