Offensive lineman Seth Olsen left the Minnesota Vikings’ preseason finale against the Tennessee Titans Thursday night on a stretcher after colliding with linebacker Scott Solomon.

According to the Associated Press, Olsen was blocking on a screen pass when he took a blow to his helmet from Solomon’s knee. Trainers quickly responded and motioned for a stretcher to attend to Olsen on the field.

The crowd applauded for Olsen when he gave a thumbs-up with his left hand as he was being wheeled off the field.

Olsen started four games for the Vikings last season and is listed as the backup right guard on the team’s depth chart.
