Brady Quinn is saying goodbye to Seattle.

Quinn, the quarterback who was competing with Tarvaris Jackson to back up Seahawks starter Russell Wilson, wrote on Twitter that he’s on the way out.

“Want to thank the Seahawks organization, coaches, teammates and especially the fans for a great offseason. It was such a blessing to be a part of such a special group! Thank you for the opportunity and best of luck this season! God bless!” Quinn wrote.

A 2007 first-round pick of the Browns, Quinn has bounced around the league from Cleveland to Denver to Kansas City without ever showing he has what it takes to make it as an NFL quarterback. He’s only 28, but he may be out of chances.
