Rams finish the slide to 53 players

The St. Louis Rams made it to 53 players on Saturday by announcing 22 transactions.

Of those transactions, 19 involved terminations.

Gone are receiver Emory Blake, defensive end Mason Brodine, linebacker/defensive end Sammy Brown, quarterback Austin Davis (pictured), safety Cody Davis, defensive tackle Garrett Goebel, safety Rashard Hall, tackle Sean Hooey, linebacker Josh Hull, receiver Nick Johnson, tight end Philip Lutzenkirchen, cornerback Andre Martin, tight end Zach Potter, fullback Eric Stevens, cornerback Drew Thomas, receiver Justin Veltung, tackle D.J. Young, defensive end R.J. Washington, and cornerback Darren Woodard

The Rams also placed tackle Ty Nsekhe on the waived/injured list, and linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar and running back Isaiah Pead on the reserve-suspended list.  The Rams also reached an injury settlement with offensive lineman Ryan Lee.

    Irrelevant players on irrelevant team. 2015 may hold some promise. At least they are not Buffalo.
